AirDog II-5G DF-100 fuel system for the 1989-1993 Dodge Ram 12V VE-44 5.9L Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing and factory , block mounted, fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks.

We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
This video describes the AirDog閹 lifetime warranty registration process. You have 30 days from the purchase date to fill out the warranty card and send it in. Be sure to keep a copy of a receipt, invoice, or packing slip to prove you are the original purchaser for your records.
