Shipping Information
We Ship to the USA Only
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States.
Handling Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the selected shipping service.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping is available on orders over $100.00.
- For orders under $100, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Refused Shipments
For orders shipped via UPS, customers will be responsible for freight charges both ways if the shipment is refused at delivery.

Return Window
Returnable items must be received by East Coast Diesel within 30 days from the day you receive your order (as verified by UPS tracking information).
How to Return
Returns are accepted by mail only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
Special Order Items are not returnable under any circumstances. These items must be paid for in advance and are considered final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If the original payment was made via cash or check, refunds will be sent by check to the billing address on file.
