AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G fuel system for the 1992-2000 Chevy/GMC 6.5L Diesel. This fuel system replaces your factory low pressure frame rail mounted pump. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side of the AirDog hooks up to the factory suction line. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system.

In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
This video describes the AirDog閹 lifetime warranty registration process. You have 30 days from the purchase date to fill out the warranty card and send it in. Be sure to keep a copy of a receipt, invoice, or packing slip to prove you are the original purchaser for your records.
