AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G fuel system for the 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L Diesel. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This system is one of our easiest installations. Our Duramax kits usually see the largest performance gains as these trucks do not come with a lift pump from the factory. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel system trucks.

In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
Today we install an AirDog II DF-165 4G on a 2005 Chevy Duramax. We will do a full unboxing of the kit part number A6SABC409. Then get right into installing the pump on the truck. This is by far the easiest installation you can do on a truck. A system like this will provide a positive pressure to the injection system while removing air, and filtering down to 2 micron!
