AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G fuel system for the 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC LB7, LLY, LBZ, and LMM Duramax 6.6L Diesel. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This system is one of our easiest installations. Our Duramax kits usually see the largest performance gains as these trucks do not come with a lift pump from the factory. This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks.

This video describes the AirDog閹 lifetime warranty registration process. You have 30 days from the purchase date to fill out the warranty card and send it in. Be sure to keep a copy of a receipt, invoice, or packing slip to prove you are the original purchaser for your records.
In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
Installation instructions for a DF-165 and DF-100 5G Products on a 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC Duramax. This video is applicable to part numbers: A7SPBC259 &A7SABC509. The installation is relatively the same for a DF-220-5G pump, however, the DF-220 requires a 5/8 high flow suction tube.
