AirDog II-5G A7SABD526 DF-165-5G Air/Fuel Separation System for the 2004.5-2018 Dodge Ram Common Rail Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a factory-style 1/2" bulkhead fitting. This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the injection pump, bypassing the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog Air/Vapor is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8” suction line once the module is modified. This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks.

In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
In this video, we run though the procedures to install an AirDog II-4G on a 2014 Ram with the 6.7L Cummins. The installation will be similar from 2005 to 2017.
