AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G fuel system for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction line on the frame rail. The pressure side connects to the factory supply line on the frame rail. This fuel pump completely bypasses the factory fuel pump. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a return “Y” that splices the AirDog return into the factory engine return. This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for moderately modified trucks.

In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
Today we install an AirDog II DF-165 4G on a 2015 Ford Powerstroke. This kit will bypass the factory frame mounted pump. These kits are very straight forward to install and utilize several factory connections. A system like this will provide a positive pressure to the injection system while removing air, water, and filtering down to 2 micron! Some of the benefits include increased throttle response, 1-2MPG increase, and added protection to the injection system parts.
This video describes the AirDog閹 lifetime warranty registration process. You have 30 days from the purchase date to fill out the warranty card and send it in. Be sure to keep a copy of a receipt, invoice, or packing slip to prove you are the original purchaser for your records.
