This is John Heyob's LB7 Duramax with one of our LB763 Cheetah Turbo's installed. It is a tune only truck, meaning it has stock injectors, and injection pump. It also has stock up-pipes and manifolds. The turbo is drop in replacement for your factory IHI unit and boosts otherwise maxed out Duramax tuning by 85hp and 100lb/ft.
