New Alliant 7.3 Powerstroke stage 2 performance injectors to increase the performance and horsepower of your powerstroke diesel. The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower from 100-150hp to the rear wheels with a performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstoke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases from 75-125hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. 100% New Injectors. The larger 80% or 100% over size nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower over the stage one injectors. You can choose 160cc or 180cc. The 160cc flow rate is for less smoke and 20-25hp less than the 180cc option.Built and flowed to within 1%. Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck.We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged.Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in to us. We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors.

All cores charges refunded by issuing a check to the customer, with the exception of rusted or coked cores. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil.
