7.3 Powerstroke Stage 3 Hybrid 300cc Injectors

Full Force Diesel 7.3L Powerstroke stage 3 hybrid 300cc performance injectors to increase the performance and horsepower of your powerstroke diesel. The injectors in the 94-97 Ford Powerstroke will increase horsepower up to 650 hp+ at rear wheels with a custom performance chip. In the 99-03 Powerstroke diesel you will have to run a custom programmed chip to make the transition from split shot injection to the new single shot injection. Horsepower increases up to 650 hp and mileage increase from the more efficient single shot design. These injectors have new nozzles and tungsten coated plungers and barrels. The larger 100% or 200% oversize nozzles allow for better control of fuel delivery during the combustion cycle with allows for the added horsepower over the stage one injectors. The larger hybrid plunger and barrel in these injectors move more fuel for the same stroke as the stage two injector. These hybrid injectors are designed to operate with stock High Pressure oil. This is stretching the limits for the 17 degree HPOP. This saves money on a new HPOP system by utilizing the system you already have. Choosing the 100% nozzle with have slightly less black smoke and horsepower than the 200%. Built and flowed to within 1%. Please contact us for a list of approved custom chip tuners in your area. Please note- a custom tuned chip is required to make these injectors work properly in your truck.We recommend installing new glow plugs when installing injectors. Theses are easy to change at the same time as the injectors. However valve covers are reusable and should be fine unless the harness is damaged.Shipping charges include a return label for your cores if you have not selected to send in cores first. If you have selected to send in cores first before your product ships it is the customers responsibility to ship cores in to us.
We do not charge any other fees to repair your core injectors. Please note some of the other companies charge for bad parts on top of the sale price and do not use new plungers and barrels in their injectors. All cores charges refunded by issuing a check to the customer, with the exception of rusted or coked cores. Coked cores are the result of vegetable oil.
