OptiTorque provides various material grades to suit different applications. The studs and bolts are crafted from high-quality, domestically melted premium steels. These steel bars undergo cold working to improve strength and remove surface impurities. Through a specialized heat treatment, the fasteners achieve superior tensile strength while retaining toughness. They are centerless ground for precise concentricity and to eliminate surface flaws caused by heat treatment. Threads are roll-formed on the hardened fasteners, which are then stress relieved, deburred, and finished with plating or polishing according to customer specifications.
