OptiTorque provides a range of material grades to fit different needs. Made from high-quality, domestically melted premium steels, the steel bars are cold worked to improve their strength and remove surface imperfections. These fasteners undergo a unique heat-treatment process that enhances tensile strength while preserving toughness. They are centerless ground to ensure precise concentricity and to eliminate any heat-treatment surface flaws. Threads are roll-formed on the hardened fasteners, which are then stress relieved, carefully deburred, and finished with plating or polishing to meet specific packaging requirements.
