  • The OptiTorque 10392P Patriot Head Stud Kits are proudly made entirely in the USA. Crafted from American-melted, aircraft-quality fine grain steel, each fastener undergoes batch heat treatment, with every piece carefully arranged to achieve the most consistent hardness possible for uniform clamp load. All fasteners are stress relieved before centerless grinding to ensure maximum straightness and precise tolerances. The Patriot Series studs are hardened by roll threading and feature a specially designed stretch zone that outperforms competitors in fatigue cycles. Each fastener is treated with high-temperature oil and coated with a brilliant black oxide finish to enhance corrosion resistance. The kit includes forged, high-strength heat-treated 12-point nuts, precision-ground, through-hardened washers that promote even clamp load distribution, six high-strength M8x1.25 rocker pedestal bolts, TrueTorq® fastener assembly lubricant, and detailed installation instructions.
