The PPE 113061000 Dual Fueler Twin Pump Kit (With Pump) is engineered to supply your 2002–2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 with the additional fuel flow needed for optimal performance, especially in modified setups. Once installed, the kit integrates seamlessly with your vehicle’s ECU, which automatically detects both pumps and maintains precise fuel delivery as required by the engine.
This system includes a belt-driven CP3 pump from PPE that works alongside the factory pump, managed by a smart microprocessor control module. By splitting the fuel demand between both pumps, the kit eases the workload on the stock CP3 pump, helping to improve its longevity and reliability.
Both pumps work in tandem, each handling half the total fuel volume. If one pump fails, the controller immediately shifts all fuel delivery to the functioning pump. The system doesn’t increase fuel pressure beyond what the ECU specifies, but it ensures the necessary fuel volume is always available to meet those pressure levels. For racing or high-performance builds, the Dual Fueler can deliver enough fuel to maintain over 26,000 psi of pressure, which is crucial for generating high horsepower. It’s also fully emissions-compliant in all 50 states (E.O. D-701-22).
