The PPE 113062000 Dual Fueler Twin Pump Kit (With Pump) is designed to boost the fuel flow for your 2004.5–2005 GM 6.6L Duramax LLY, helping your upgraded engine perform at its best. This easy bolt-on kit is automatically recognized by your engine’s computer, which continues to regulate fuel delivery precisely based on the engine’s needs. The PPE belt-driven CP3 pump works alongside your factory fuel system and is managed by an advanced microprocessor module.
By adding this kit, the load on your factory CP3 pump is reduced, which helps improve its durability. The two pumps share the fuel delivery load equally. If one pump fails, the system’s controller will take over and reroute all fuel through the working pump. This system won’t increase fuel pressure beyond what the engine's ECU calls for, but it will ensure enough fuel volume is available to meet that pressure. For racing setups, this kit can sustain fuel pressures over 26,000 psi—ideal for high-horsepower, heavily modified engines. It's also 50-state emissions legal (E.O. D-701-22).
