AirDog II-5G DF-100-5G fuel system for the 2015-2016 Chevy/GMC Duramax 6.6L Diesel. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame jig in front of the fuel tank for a clean looking installation. The suction side hooks up to the factory suction fitting in the fuel module. The pressure side connects directly to the factory injection pump feed line on the frame. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck tee. This lift pump system is one of our easiest installations. Our Duramax kits usually see the largest performance gains as these trucks do not come with a lift pump from the factory. This is a 100GPH (Gallon Per Hour) fuel system for stock fuel trucks.

In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
This video describes the AirDog閹 lifetime warranty registration process. You have 30 days from the purchase date to fill out the warranty card and send it in. Be sure to keep a copy of a receipt, invoice, or packing slip to prove you are the original purchaser for your records.
