AirDog II-5G DF-165-5G fuel system for the 2019-2020 RAM Cummins. This diesel lift pump mounts to the frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system. A Fuel Module Upgrade Kit is installed in the factory fuel basket to pull fuel through a, factory-style, 1/2" bulkhead fitting. This will bypass the factory in-tank lift pump. The pressure side connects directly into the side of the factory fuel filter housing. The AirDog Air/Vapor return is sent back to the tank through the factory 3/8” suction line once the module is modified. This is a 165GPH (Gallon Per Hour) lift pump system for stock fuel trucks.

In case you missed us at the shows last season, here is a short video where one of our techs, Brandon, explains how the AirDog閹 II-4G separates air out of diesel fuel and how that benefits you. We are using a calibrated test fluid that has the same viscosity as diesel fuel and the AirDog閹 II-4G is being run at alternator voltage or 13.8V.
The AirDog system will provide a positive pressure to the injection system. It will also separate air, water, and filter down to 2 micron.
